Lennar’s New Everything’s Included Homes are Money Savers!

Visiting the other builder’s Design Center simply means you’re going to pay thousands more for the things that you want and need—they are “undercover” big money suckers. The other builders demand that you sign a contract and then go to their Design Center. Why? So they can charge you upgrade prices for the most desired features and upgrades that are already included in Lennar’s luxury home price. That’s right, you get the real price on the very first day that you visit Lennar’s Welcome Home Center. It’s that simple and smart.

"Everything's Included" also Means
Durability, Comfort and Energy Efficiency.

The HERS Index is a scoring system established by the Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET). A standard new home built to the specifications of the HERS Reference, based on the 2006 International Energy Conservation Code, has a HERS index of 100, while a typical existing home rates 130. New Lennar homes have HERS Index ratings as low as 54!

  • The lower a home’s HERS Index, the greater the energy efficiency.
  • The HERS Index rating is based on the individual home’s plan specifications. Specifications and onsite inspection information are entered into RESNET-approved software to calculate the home’s HERS Index rating.
  • The typical new home HERS Index rating for the Reference Home is 100.
  • Each 1-point decrease in the HERS Index corresponds to a 1% reduction in energy consumption compared to the HERS Reference Home.
  • The HERS Index provides an easily understandable means to compare the relative energy efficiency of different homes.
